I do think you will pass with that, but sometimes the institute determine passing in mysterious ways. I also hope that the one less than 50 is not Ethics for you. Nobody knows what the passing score is because it changes every time. However I think it's pretty safe to say that getting all areas > 70% will DEFINITELY make you pass the exam.
